Suggest Treatment For Large Bulging Vein In The Wrist

I did not feel a bug bite me, but suddenly I had a large building vein below my wrist. My veins on the top of my hand are also bigger than usual as well as the underside of my opposite wrist on the underside. I do not see where a bug bit me, but my right arm is sore to move back and forth in this area. Should I be concerned?

Respected Sir, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
It`s a clinical condition with subcutaneous inflammation involving local part of hand leading to triangle of symptoms.
*Apply ice 3-4 times a day on affected part.
*Keep the area clean and sterile by use of antiseptic liquids .
*Avoid excess weight lifting or computer work or any strenuous work with that wrist for 48 hours.
*Avoid to rub the part
*Can take analgesic tablets mor and eve after meals for 2 days.
*If at all problem persist can consult your family doctor afterwards but not required right now.
