II have a large lump on my right foot near my ankle that s about the size of a quarter and three quarters of an inch above my skin its red and it itches I don t remember bumping it or hitting it and it doesn t hurt and I woke up with it this morning and two of my toes were cramping up last night what is it

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some poisonous bite producing local allergic reaction giving swelling and itchiness.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine or Bennadryl for a day or two,
Apply Zinc calamine lotion on the part.
Ok and take care.
