Suggest Treatment For Large Kidney Stone

I have a very large kidney stone high in my right kidney and having it blasted Aug 26. It is blocking some functions of the kidney but the pain is not typical of a stone. (Have had several) Today I began to have a pressing type pain on the right side of my chest, could this be related? YYYY@YYYY
