Suggest Treatment For Large Posterior Wall Fibroid Of 8.7x8.3cm

hello doctor,

my wife has diagnosed of having a large posterior wall fibroid measuring 8.7x8.3cm ( with major subserous component anterior margin of the lesion is about 8mm from the posterior endometrial lining ) now she is two months pregnant. Is it possible to continue this pregnancy hardly we want a child. Please i need your advice
