Suggest Treatment For Large Red Itchy Spot On Upper Thigh

I have a large roundish red welt-looking spot about 3 inches across-but it isn t really raised-on the back of my thigh near panty line. It is itchy but also a little sore and very warm to the touch. I also had several of the same last week on my hip, buttock and thigh and thought it was a reaction to my detergent. I switched to a better brand-Tide-but I have another one today so it has returned. I used hydrocortisone cream several times with almost no help. I took Clariton last week x 2 and it did go away after a while but now it is back again. what can this be?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having yeast infection giving this problem.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Go for one courseof oral anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
