Hi and thank you for contacting HCM
Bees stings cause an allergic reaction in the body, leading to the swelling and redness. It will subside but if still swollen and red, you should take a cortisone and antihistamine shot, esp as its the second time in a week
You can continue wit a daily antihistamine like hydroxyzine or levocet 5mg for a week with application of calamine soothing lotion.
It is normal to have a reaction like this to bee sting but if you develop severe allergic reactions such as swelling all over the face, lips, tongue and body and have any difficulty breathing, immediately head to the ER.
As for infection, If the swelling is getting worse and your leg is warm, hard or you develop a fever, Pus or boil at the site of the sting or severe pain, which is not subsiding by now, you can get it checked to rule out infection, though in your case I don't think that would be very common.
If you are experiencing the above symptoms, apply an antibiotic cream like soframycin or mupirocin an start a course of antibiotics after consulting a doctor who can rule out infection.
Hope this helps.
