Suggest Treatment For Large Vagina And Foul Odor

I m 18 and all my life I been insecure about my vagina. I always had a larger labia, which always bothered me. Not only the extra skin, but I get bad odor down there easily. I also noticed white beads around my vagina. Small tiny ones close, near my hole. These ones sre under the skin more and cannot be popped. But there is another white bumps around the outer of my vagina also. These bumps can sometimes be popped a lil if I try, and they are bigger. What is this? Is it normal? Rememeber, I always noticed this since I was younger

I really appreciate your concern, chances of fungal infection could be very likely and this can be best managed with "Povidone Iodine" ointment, apply this three times in day keep the area clean and no need to worry about the appearance of this, because it may not be the reason for the bad smell, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
