Suggest Treatment For Leaking Blood Clots Inside Endometrium Cavity

I am 30, 5 ft 4 inches, 72 kg. My have a disturbed medical history regarding periods. I had delayed periods, lengthy periods, periods not occuring for 3 months(once). I delivered my son on 30 Nov, 2009. After that I had periods for 3 months, then it stopped for 1 year, and then started. After My ceasar I had medicine for 7 days only. Now I am having serious problem with my period. It continued for 1 month last time, stopped after taking Gynae Cap, Tropic E, Duoloton. THis month i have too haevy period with pain and blood clots. After sonography it was found i have 'leaking blood clots inside endometrium cavity', my abdomen is getting bigger. Please suggest how to recover.
