Suggest Treatment For Left Calf Swelling And Cut On Ankle After Injury

i am a male, aged sixty-four in good health. I tripped and fell from my porch, landing on a metal urn with a plant in it. I landed on my chest and had the wind knocked out of me.I also lnded on my left leeg with a deep cut just above the ankle and on both knees. have swelling on the left side of my left calf, two large scrapes, and a couple of other scratches on my right knee. I keep having spasms of pain in my left leg. I can walk and I believe I ache all over from the trauma of the fall. What do you recommend I do?

Hello,

The symptoms can be related to the injury. I recommend using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also recommend to use cold compresses for local application. I also recommend to rest and avoid activities that can trigger the symptoms.
