Suggest Treatment For Left Hemiplegia Post An Accident

Sir Iam Suffering with Left Hemiplegia due to Scull injury in an Accident and ive been operated and Got Removed the Clots in the Brain in the year 2002 now iam aged 50yrs continuously doing Physio exercises at my own at presnt Iam able to Walk indipendently without any help where as my left hand is not supporting at all my Querry is Will i Get back my Normal Position of my Health as Before Accident if So What is the Specific Physio therapy point to get early Recovery
