Suggest Treatment For Left Knee Fracture

hi sir how are you i am male my age is 24 i meeat an accident in 2006 in left knee as broken into 3 to 4 piceses i have opraterd in that time itself i am all right now but my problem is i cont fold my leg there is no movement sir what can we do i should change the knee or any other opration for that please help me sir thanking you
