Suggest Treatment For Left Knee Pain, Cartilage Rupture, Hypertension, High ESR And High Leucocytes

Hello, my mother is 53 years old. Her ESR is 25. Her leukocytes is 10.7*10^9/L. She smokes, drinks coffee, and is always stressed. Her left knee hurts because she has cartilage rupture. She has hypertension. What is the cause of high esr and leakocytes. What should she do to be check up on her health avoid any problems. She’s taking Micardis for hypertension and Deanxit for her stress prescibed by her dr. I really didnt noticd my mother getting better.
