Suggest Treatment For Left Leg Being Shorter Than Right Due To Polio

i am 28yr old suffering from polio i want to some post care for this desease. My leg is almost 3" smaller than right leg i face some huge problem durring wvalking. My right leg is allright but it will be pained durring walking. Nature of walking has been changed burring this year very much. I am struggling durring walking. I have never use any caliper.wheelchair e.t.c. My right leg is bent inside due to this it domes not support durrring walking. Walking gives me pain in earlier it will not. This polio have been 28years. Durring this huge year i have had never filll such type of pain. Plz sugggest me.
