Suggest Treatment For Left Leg Fracture

my grand mother is a diabetic patient few days back she fell down while walkin now she is serious n have got half paralyces accordin to doctors. She does not remember any thing now sometimes she can identify while sometimes not can u please tell us some measures.And her left leg is broken n doctors say it cannot be operated.can you please help us
