Suggest Treatment For Left Leg Pain

I've had an Aching left leg for well over a year. Recently this ache is now pain in hips and knees, especially at night when pressure is on the hips. I haven't had a period since November ( but defo not pregnant) and I now have had a very stiff neck and dizziness for a few weeks. I'm worried that this is more than trapped nerve, maybe some cysts pressing on nerves.
