Suggest Treatment For Left Shoulder Pain And Neck Stiffness

my husband is having left shoulder pains and neck stiffness for a couple of days now, and last night he had chest pains... should he have an ekg?( he's very depressed/anxious recently because his mother and brother just had a stroke last week...please help!
