Suggest Treatment For Left Side Abdominal Pain With A History Of Endometriosis

I have had endometriosis for the last 10 years and had laproscopic surgery 4 years ago which gave me some relief. The pain has come backa gain and is much worse with excruciating pain including bad pain with bowle movements. I also have constact dull ache on my left side and constant painful bowel movements right through out my clycle. Do you think a hysterectomy would help relieve my pain. I have had aenough of this pain and taking time off work.
