Suggest Treatment For Left Sided Chest Pain

Hello, I have been having chest pain on left side just above breast. It is like a jolt of pain and lasts maybe 1 or 2 seconds. It happens about 6 times a day with steady pain all around chest area. I have had it for about 2 months. 2 EkGs 1 normal 1 abnormal Echo was normal. I also have tingling and burning sensation in tongue and hands and feet. Please help. B12 and Thyroid all normal.

Everything sounds like a Neuropathic pain or probably just one bad day where the nerve may get irritated due to some reason.
Do a chest xray and see if everything is normal as u have already done a EKG.
If the pain doesnt decrease and the Xray is normal, then u need to start a painkiller like Naproxen or Indomethacin for 4-5 days.
