Suggest Treatment For Left Sided Pain And Weight Gain

i have had left side pain for 2 weeks now along with weight gain and bloating and whatever i eat or drink my left side pain gets worse. i went to my pcp yesterday being the pain has not let up and they did a cbc and xray and everything came back fine. my doctor thought maybe i have ibs so he gave me viberzi to try which so far it has made my pain worse and intensify and made my neck feel very stiff ad my throat feel very swollen. i was wondering if you could have any idea what my problem could be? i am feeling very miserable at this time and wanna feel better.
