Suggest Treatment For Left-sided Pain In Neck And Dizziness

Hi, I have pain in the left side if my neck...sometimes all of a sudden and sometimes a dull ache. Tonight I was suddenly dizzy for about 1 minute. I also feel a vein/artery down the center of the back of my neck, something I've never noticed before. Doesn't this sound like anything to worry about, or just random issues possibly from computer, running, getting older?
