Suggest Treatment For Leg Cramps And Upper Abdomen Pain
I am having severe pain that comes and goes in my right upper abdomen. It feels like it is drawing almost like a charlie horse and feels like someone stabbing me. It usually lasts 5 or 10 minutes but last night it would not stop, I was nauseous and hand and leg cramps with it.

Hello,
It may be due to gastritis with dehydration.
For that you can take tablet pantoprazole and syp mucaine gel after physician consultation.
Avoid hot and spicy food.
Keep your self hydrated and take balanced diet.
Avoid immediate lie down after meal.
Still for further assessment you may require upper GI endoscopy, serum electrolytes after consultation.
