Suggest Treatment For Leg Muscle Pain, Headache And Weakness

I am a 28 year old male, 6'2 and 210lbs.

I have been tired for the past 5 days, my legs muscles hurt, hard time concentrating, feel weak and have a mild headache. I also have the feeling like i cant sit still. When i walk i feel like i want to sit right back down because eveything gets a little dizzy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
