Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain After An Injury

about 3 weeks ago i was sleeding and hit a tree with my leg, i jammed my leg into my hip socket. i try to pull it back out but i'm still having pain in my leg and in my lower back. i can't fulling rotate my leg not sure if there is anything i can do myself, i don't have health insurance right now.
