Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain Along With Stomach Cramps

Hello i have had pins and needles in my left leg for up to 10 hours now, it is not a sever pain but i know the sensation is there and is uncomfortable to touch my leg.Also i have had terrible stomach aches and cramps for the last 2 weeks which dont seem to be going away and are all painful, thankyou x
