first of all i will give you some lifestyle tips:-
1.Sit down immediately when you feel dizzy.
2.Avoid sudden jerky movements.
3.Avoid driving.
4.Avoid operating heavy machines.
5.Avoid taking stairs.
6.Wear shoes with low heels, non-slippery soles and always see that they are tied.
7.Be in touch with your doctor.
8.Regularly do Yoga and
meditation.
9.Sleep well, sleep at least for 8 hours.
10.Sleep without pillow for better blood circulation to the brain.
11.Develop healthy lifestyle.
12.Exercise regularly to stay active and avoid stress.
13.Control
high blood pressure (
hypertension).
14.Control
high cholesterol.
15.Manage and control stress and anxiety by practicing
relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises, Yoga or meditation.
16.Vitamin D supplementation (BPPV)
17.Take iron supplement, if your doctor has suggested it to you.
18.Take slow and long breathing when you feel dizziness or vertigo.
19.Live happy and cool, keep stress away.
follow these diet tips:-
1.Eat healthy food.
2.Drink lots of water.
3.Drink 2-3 glasses of cold ice water whenever you get dizzy due to vertigo.
4.Take fresh and organic, seasonal fruits and vegetable juices.
5.Develop a habit of eating salads.
6.Take green herbal tea.
7.Poppy seeds, Raisins, Dates, Citrus fruits are good.
8.Eat vitamins and protein rich foods including green leafy vegetables, salad and fruits.
9.Drink celery juice everyday.
10.Consume brown rice, wholegrain bread, veggies, legumes etc.
Ayurvedic Home Remedies:-
1.Powder of Shankapushpi 1-2 grams mixed in a cup of night, after food.
2.Decoction of Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) – 30 ml of Guduchi Kashaya, in the morning, 30 minutes before food.
3.Amrita churna (powder of Tinospora cordifolia) – 3 grams or Giloy satwa – half a gram along with a teaspoon of honey.
4.Decoction of Aragwadha or Haritaki powder or powder of Aragwadha mixed in decoction at night of Terminalia chebula to ward off
constipation.
5.Half a teaspoon of
Ashwagandha powder (Withania somnifera), mixed with a cup of milk is administered for a period of one month time.
6.One teaspoon of Kapikacchu powder (Mucuna pruriens) or Vanari Kalpa with milk.
7.Powder of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) with milk.

2.Nadi Shodhan Pranayam.
