Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain And Numbness In The Face

I am 26 yrs old, 2 years back i was suffering from leg pain and also feels my face numb i consulted many doctors but after 2 yrs i consulted a doctor' he advised me to do MRI i did MRI and reports show MS, he gave me medicine at the initial stage he prescribes (vernace) then he changes it to ( pregablin 75,etocorxib,adact 4) and advised me to avoid cold water and also don't expose yourself when it is too cold. BUT there is a continuous pain but mild in my head and neck , is there any specialist advise which helps me what do i do now, so that i overcome the problem.
