Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain And Red Spots On Feet

I stood twelve hours today working at the flower shop today....have little red specks on top of my feet and cramping/muscle spasms. Took two Advil a few hours ago....helped a little, can't sleep because of leg/foot pain and cramping. Am also dehydrated I would imagine....too busy to drink. Any suggestions? Thank you ; )
