Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain And Swelling For Person With High Creatin Level

my father is 76 years old and because of his leg pain and swelling doctor advised him for a chkup. his creatine level is 2.+ and after scaninng doctor found that there is a bulge in the blood vessel related to heart and kidney. bcoz of this creatine level they could not go for a surgery also. i dont know what to do. please advise for diet and other matters.
