Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain And Weakness

My wife had lost a lot of blood during delivery, the utrius would not contract so she would not stop bleeding. That was rectified and her blood count was up, but her sodium and calcium dropped and she had a convulsion(no past history). Got her on sodium and calcium. She is doing well except for weakness, leg pain and heavy head and todya she has thrown up thrice. ?? whats going on??
