My husband is 42 he has been a severe alcoholic {beer} ,his whole life,he has a dry cough as soon as he lays down,he also has pain in his left leg that stays around awhile, and recently has high blood pressure,he also is unable to keep his man hood up also

You should admitted him under phycisian doctor for alcoholic hepatitis. And damaged liver. Painkiller will further damaged his liver. So kindly admit. Or took medication prescribe by physician.
