Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain Due To Tibia Fracture

I had a tibia fracture to my right leg 1 year ago. I was in a cast for 8 weeks and then a boot for 3 followed by 6 weeks of physical therapy. My leg still hurts and if I try to run, or walk for long periods of time, my ankle swells a bit and the left side of my foot hurts.
