Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain, Swelling And Difficulty In Walking

Hi,my mother is 60 yrs & has sever pain in legs she cannot stand for long or walk even for 5 mins. She also has pails & her weight is also more. If she sits for long her leg gets swollen & it becomes difficult for her to get up. Please help & tell what we should do.
