Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain While Suffering From Polio

hello sir iam tanveer from hyderabad .i got polio at 6 n now iam feeling pains in my legs and when i sit for long hours i felt pain in my ribs. i moved by holding my legs in my hands until recently but igained weight now so iam using a wooden table on wheels.iam 30 yrs old now .i am also having difficulty changing sides during sleep what should i do plz help
