Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain

I have been advised I have a lipoma in my left leg that is 8 centimeters and is attachted to the muscle and I have one on my right side between the waist and rib cage. I am told the leg is going to cause a lot of pain, if this is removed how much time am i looking at before walking?
