Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain,back Pain And Stomach Cramps

I am 26 was in a car accident a year ago which I did 6 months physical therapy and my back and leg is still causing me pain which I put down do siatica. I take pain killers on a reagular basis which I hate but I take coz of the pain. Now for past few days I have been getting pain in my back the other side from usal and today I have had really sore stomach cramps and pain which I am also a bit constipated so I would say it is its and should go away. My question is there any point seeing a doctor or am I right with my diagnose?

You are right you have lumbago with sciatica and stomach pain due to pain killers.If i f i have to treat such a patient i will advice to have an xray of lumbosacral region. If i have to treat i will advice inj. Diclofenac acid im , tab baclofen, cap omeprazole 20 three times a day, tab tramadol three times a day, tab buscopan three times a day , eno sachets , bland diet, no chillies, no fried no drinks anf back support, hard bed rest.
