Suggest Treatment For Leg Spasms,cramps And Malfunction Of Both The Knees

I now experience leg spasms,cramps and both knees giving out. I have Arthur.8 months ago had neck /spine surgery.unable to walk without staggering I take 2 500mg daily ofnabumetone. have both hips replaced. left arm contracts. need an opinion. thanks\ bill gibbons YYYY@YYYY

For the spasms, antispasmodic drugs can be given, and the cramps can be due to calcium deficiency and for the knee pain take anti-inflammatory drugs.
