Suggest Treatment For Lenticular Opacity

im a student and from past few days i have noticed some sort of black spots moving here and there in front of my eyes.later i came to know that it is some kind of lenticular opacity..so my question is can it be cured completely and what is the reason behind this problem ,is it due to some vit. deficiency?

they are floaters, degenerative bodies in vetrious. you have to bear with them and adjust. no treatment is requered.
