Suggest Treatment For Lichen Planopilaris

Hi,
My age is 29, height 5.8
I am suffering from LPP (Lichen planopilaris), cicaritricial allopecia.
for last 5 months but came to know about it recently about 2 months back, i consulted a dermatologist in a government hospital and he prescribed me placenterix gel which when i tried to buy from the medical stores then from all stores i heard that this is banned and has serious side effects and they were also amazed that why your doctors have suggested you this to you?
he has also prescribed me defcort/follihair/calcium/ Saclo Topical solutions (clobetasol Proprionate)/ Tacrolimus ointment 0.1% and rantac etc..
Please suggest should i use it or not?

Please also suggest me how should i search for a good diagnosis as you must be knowing that how critical this disease (LPP) is?
I am very depressed and hopless for my disease..?please help me out and guide me?
