Suggest Treatment For Lichen Planus Pigmentosus

I have lichen planus pigmentosus and have been prescribed Dermovate for 5 days and Prednison for 14 days + (10mg per day) + sunscreen. I had been put on Quinoric for my rheumatoid arthritis which appeared to quicken this. How can I speed up the clearing of the greying.

Hi,

Dermovate is a topical steroid, it will cause depigmentation. You can use sunscreen cream. You can't get rid of hypo pigmentation.
