Suggest Treatment For Lichen Planus

Hi, My wife is 28 years n has been diagnosed with lichen planus pigmentosus LPP ,have been advised to take wysolone 30 mg 2 days in a week for 1 month and sandimum cap ( neoral 50 mg). Please advice any side effects n also if this is the proper treatment or is there any other medication.
