Hi,

Lichen planus is an auto immune disorder. Vitamin A, C, E supplements with positive attitude can help in controlling it's progress. Steroids (local or oral) is the drug to combat the symptoms. This should be strictly taken under a skin specialist's care please be under expert care. You can start local steroid cream mixed with good moisturising cream at home till you get in contact with a skin specialist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
