Suggest Treatment For Ligament Injury

Dear sir, This is Asad (29 yrs.) from Bangladesh. I got an ligament injury. My local consultant diagonosed that i need to construct Anterior cruciate ligament. But i got no idea regarding the operation and cost behind this.
