Suggest Treatment For Light Brown Vaginal Discharge

Hi, I was pregnant in February but ended up Miscarrying in March at 6 weeks. Me and my husband have been trying again however my period this time has been weird. It seemed like my periods were regulating but this month its thrown me right off. I was a day early with brown old light dischargy bleed not enough to fill a pad. The next day it was a watery red bleed that had clots. And today as this is my third day there is nothing there when i wipe however there is red blood if i perform a cervical exam. Am i ok?

Hi,

The brown discharge lesser than menses, around menstruation date can be due to implantation bleed. The confirmation would be after home pregnancy test after 8 days delay of menses. Still, wait patiently for the bleeding to stop. Do not try self vaginal examination, no abdominal massage or fomentation. Take rest and if you see bleeding lesser than periods, go for home pregnancy test. Collect urine without contamination with blood. In case test is positive, check with your gynecologist for further management.
