Suggest Treatment For Light Flow With Pus Filled Pimple In Vagina

My menstrual flow usually last for 3-4 days but on 5th & 6th day there may be a very occasional light flow once a day, so to avoid any staining i have to wear a pad due to which i feel very uncomfortable and itching starts in that area. After my menses i get ... sought of pimples, usually containing pus in my vaginal area. they are painful too. this condition has been persistent since past several months..are they whats called GENITAL SORES.. m i having a vaginal infection. i also visited a local gynaec & she prescribed me some antibiotics (v-bact) but condition is not improved.. what should i do? also let me know in detail how to maintain hygiene during periods.. which soap to use, hair removal, after toilet cleaning..etc.is it washing that area frequently that makes it dry and itchy. my age is 22 yrs and i am unmarried.my height is 5'2" and weight 54 kg. I know i am big enough to deal with hygiene issues but i don't have a mother so i have a lots of queries.
