Suggest Treatment For Light Headedness And Dizziness

I am getting light headed and dizzy whenever I have to turn my head to look ove rmy left shoulder. It is not while I am in the act of turning my head but as I am sitting there, looking over my shoulder. It almost feels like the blood is being cut off to that side of my head.
