Suggest Treatment For Light Menstrual Flow,cramps And Back Pain

back pain
cramping throughout my abdomen
white creamy discharge
waiting on period
breasts haven't been tender
felt lightheaded last night and slightly nauseous but not to the point of throwing up
last month my period was a little weird, normally it's seven days long with a pretty normal flow but last month it started for a day stopped then a couple days later came back on for 3/4 days lighter than normal
