4 Days ago I performed a 15 minute workout which consisted of skipping, sit-ups and press-ups - Shortly after completing the workout and to this day I have been suffering with a strange, light headed type feeling and an odd stomach. I am fine eating but I do partly feel sick quite often. The head is the main part I am worried about, it's really hard to explain the feeling. Kind of a strange, dizzy type feeling, as if I'm viewing my movements from a different perspective. The only conclusion I have come to, is that I have disturbed something inside whilst doing the workout (This was the first time I have used the jumping motion or skipping) But other than that, I'm clueless.
