Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness And Cold Hands

All of the sudden I get extremly light headed as if I am going to pass out..my vision starts to try to focus itself in and out. My feet become extremly sweatie and tingle. Then my hands feel as if they have been in an ice bath. The only common denominator is that it seems to be later in the evening. If I try to get up I feel as if I am just going to collapse on the floor. This has been happening for the last 6 weeks and it is exactly the same feeling every time. The only thing that seems to help is laying down and drinking something such as orange juice.
