Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness And Numb Tongue

Hi I wake up, fine, eat breakfast, fine. After shower I start to feel light headed and weird. Tongue is numb, happened yesterday so I went home from work. I drive for a living, roughly 200 miles a day so it s dangerous if I feel unwell. What do you suggest?

Hi.

Visit a doctor at your earliest convenience. Your job does out you at a higher risk for cardiovascular disease, hypertension, strokes,etc. So please visit a doctor and get elaborately evaluated with investigations like a cardiac profile, blood coagulation profile, lipid profile, blood pressure monitoring, etc.
