Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness, Frequent Headaches, Nausea, Mild Diarrhea, Tiredness And Abdominal Cramps

Hello im 18 years old i have been experiencing lightheadedness, frequent headaches, Nausea, mild diarrhea, and cramping all together i am not sure if there all symptoms from the same thing but this has been happening all week day through night im so tired and restless mind you i have the birth control implant in my arm for a few years and have no period or cramps with it i just have no idea what all the symptoms are caused by but I really need help thank you so much
